These scarf designs were created in response to a competition set by the company 'Life is a Mesh'. The brief was to create a scarf design inspired by our local areas. My local area is a small seaside town in the North-East of England with a rich history as a seaside resort. During the Victorian era, it was well known for its rides and natural beauty both of which I wanted to capture within the designs.
