Georgina Bunn is a print designer based at Loughborough University. She achieved a foundation diploma in Art and Design (Distinction) from Newcastle College.
She has a specific interest in narrative storytelling through traditional techniques and mediums. She varies her practice between embellishment and print design often finding a way to marry the two to create textured considered pieces. Her preferred mediums are digital print using CAD software.
Her projects are often inspired by things that inform her identity such as her local area and family Her recent graduate collection explores research conducted by her late Grandfather as an interior 'heirloom collection'. The purpose of this collection is to improve mental well-being through interaction with blue and green spaces within the home.
In her spare time, Georgina enjoys walking on the beautiful beaches in her local area with her dogs.
