Within this collection, I focused on sustainability by adding sentimental value to clothing. This would, in theory, lead to the wearer treasuring the clothing and consequently finding ways to reinvent, repair, or add to the apparel.
The collection focuses on my own family history and heritage surrounding Lancashire's textile history and iconic landscapes. The collection is womenswear as it is my maternal line which holds the Lancastrian heritage and leads to my desire to celebrate the women who came before me.
